Corbin & Reynolds opened its doors in December of 2003. It’s the brainchild of managing partner Greg Bartolotta who also owns Argyle Grill & Tavern in Babylon. The executive chef is Brian Schlitt, formally of such noted restaurants as The Seafood Barge in Southold and Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton. The menu includes such tantalizing appetizers as nori wrapped spicy tuna roll, pulled duck taco, braised boneless short ribs and Mediterranean chopped salad. Popular entrees include onion crusted chicken, toasted spaghettini with rock shrimp, slow roasted pork T bone chop, grilled black angus sirloin and grilled herb marinated swordfish. The eatery, offers daily lunch and dinner specials, as well as a sunset prix fixe menu. On-premise catering is available for parties of up to 70 guests in the private dining room. Corbin & Reynolds is open 7 days a week.
